What Number Do I Call To Report An Emergency?
In the event of an emergency, please call 911 and a professional dispatcher at the Jones County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will dispatch emergency services units as needed.

Crime tips may also be submitted to Jones County Crime Stoppers at 601-428-STOP (7867). A financial reward may be available from Crime Stoppers for crime tips.

Why Would An Inmate Not Have His Photo Shown On The Inmate Roster?
If an inmate is being booked into our Adult Detention Facility on a writ involving an involuntary commitment pending an evaluation at a psychiatric facility, their photo would not be displayed. In addition, if an inmate is violent or under the influence of any drug or alcohol and uncooperative during the booking process, their photo might appear initially on the Inmate Roster.
