The Jones County Sheriff's Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide professional, courteous and efficient law enforcement services to the citizens of and visitors to Jones County, Mississippi. Our motto is "The Jones County Sheriff's Department - Focused On Our Future" and it is our team approach to providing law enforcement services which is vital to the great success we have and continue to achieve.

Our desire is to make Jones County safe for those who call this wonderful county "home" and for those who visit while away from their own home.
