Tropical Storm Cristobal Impacts Jones County

Tropical Storm Cristobal caused a number of power outages across Jones County overnight on Sunday into Monday and although downgraded to a Tropical Depression, still is causing weather concerns. There is a chance of severe weather today (Monday, June 8, 2020) including flash flooding, winds to 60mph and tornadoes. Jones County residents are urged to pay close attention to weather conditions and take action to protect life and property should severe weather threaten.
