Wanted escape and grand larceny suspect Cody Saulters CAPTURED

Wanted escape and grand larceny suspect Cody Saulters was CAPTURED by JCSD Sergeant J.D. Carter (pictured left) following a foot chase on Highway 84 East near Eastview Drive last week. Numerous JCSD units including deputies and investigators were in the area searching for Saulters and responded immediately. Deputy Xavier Thigpen shown with Saulters in custody.
